Minimum – a valid State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will receive training and support to advance their careers.

• Conduct resident assessments and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Lead and mentor team members.
• Advocate for residents’ well‑being and safety.
