The Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Full‑time Registered Nurse for the Admissions Department in Conway, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
Perform assessments and contraband searches before a patient is transferred to the designated unit.
Communicate nursing hand‑off information to the Nursing department.
Assist during downtime by making referrals to in‑house physicians to assess qualification for admission.
Serve as a resource to handle overflow intake referrals to ensure minimal loss of referrals.
Monitor intake flow via dashboard.
Qualifications
Current license to practice nursing in the State of South Carolina (or eligible to receive/renew under the Compact).
Current CPR or BLS certification.
Preferred 1‑3 years of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
CPI certification preferred.
