Behavioral Health Technician – Morrison Home, Morrison, CO
We are a passionate advocacy group dedicated to improving the lives of youth. We are hiring Behavioral Health Technicians at Morrison Home, located adjacent to a schoolhouse and a small running creek.
Pay
Starting at $22 per hour.
Benefits & Perks
Sign‑on bonus of $1,500 ($750 paid at 3 months and $750 at 6 months).
Medical insurance available after 60 days of full‑time employment.
ROPI benefits package available after 90 days of full‑time employment.
401(k) match up to 6% after 1 year of employment.
Paid Time Off accrued immediately upon usage.
Responsibilities
Provide consistent interactive supervision to ensure safety, health, and welfare of our students.
Supervise and participate in students’ daily living routines during shifts, including wake‑up, readiness, meals, chores, schooling, hygiene, and bedtime preparation.
Qualifications
Local resident.
At least 21 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
Reliable transportation and ability to drive in winter conditions.
Empathetic, patient, and respectful.
Desire to work with troubled teens and at least 1 year of direct care experience with juveniles.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
