Hand & Stone Short Pump is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. We believe that skincare is more than just a treatment—it's a positive impact on the lives of our clients. With innovative services, customized long‑term treatment plans, and a focus on building relationships, our Estheticians are empowered to make a client's facial appointment the best hour of their month.

FGG Spa, LLC is a growth‑focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. No matter how big we get, the core of our company culture is to put people first. Our Esthetics program is built on high‑quality, results‑driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post‑treatment home‑care recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."
As an Esthetician, you will
Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work
Carry Esthetics liability insurance
Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
Provide world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including home‑care regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars
Compensation: $35,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
