Executive Director
to lead operations at an assisted living facility. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands how to balance resident care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and overall facility performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility
Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements
Lead and support department heads and staff
Drive occupancy and maintain strong census levels
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
Maintain high standards of care and service delivery
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Facility (REQUIRED)
Active
Administrator/ALF license
Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and operations
Proven leadership experience managing teams and facility performance
Ability to drive occupancy, retention, and overall resident satisfaction
