is seeking a Dental Hygienist to support providers in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Louisville, KY. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. Clinic staff are on-site full time

What You’ll Do
Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and review medical histories
Take and interpret dental X-rays
Perform periodontal charting and identify signs of oral disease
Educate patients on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff

What We’re Looking For
Active Dental Hygienist license in Kentucky
