Overview
You will lead daily operations of the Home Care program, managing workflow, staffing and nursing resources to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will promote a servant leadership culture by hiring, coaching, developing staff and fostering teamwork, accountability and engagement. You will oversee clinical and administrative operations including documentation, insurance verification, care coordination and regulatory compliance. You will manage budget, staffing efficiency and service delivery outcomes while resolving patient and family concerns to maintain high satisfaction and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.
Preferred: BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
Preferred: Drivers License
Preferred Experience
Homecare and long-term care experience strongly preferred.
