Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Educate patients and families on home care and recovery goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Required Qualifications
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
Active Florida Physical Therapy license.
Minimum 1 year outpatient experience.
BLS certification.
No gaps larger than 30 days in the last 7 years.
References: At least one reference provided within the last 12 months.
