Position: X-RAY TECHNOLOGIST
Shift Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (07:30 - 20:00)

Overview
We’re looking for experienced and professional candidates who can independently perform all outpatient X‑Ray Tech exams and procedures with high‑quality results.
Schedule & Requirements
1 YR/1ST TIMERS OK – Xray Tech
Will position float between units: No
On‑call required? Yes – minimum 1/month
Weekends required: Yes – Sun 07:30‑20:00
Block schedules required: No
Expected ratios: 1:1
Special requirements: ED and Surgery experience required. O-arm experience preferred. This is a SUN/MON/TUES 07:30‑20:00
48 hours approved: No
Facility
Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care; Total Staffed Beds: 418
Scrub Color: All: Any Color; OR/L&D: provided; Micro Bio Tech: business appropriate street clothes (lab coat provided); MLT: Any color scrubs or business casual
Charting: Epic; Parking Cost: No Fee
Qualifications
At minimum, a high school diploma and completion of a training program at an accredited school
MUST have current CPR and Venipuncture license
ARRT Certified with specific certification
Demonstrate competency in the use of all applicable aspects of the CIS, RIS, and PACS
Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support
Minimum of two years of clinical X-Ray
CRT Permit from the State
Good understanding of providing superior patient care; comfort, safety, and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers and management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience
Candidates must have ARRT(R) certification, State Fluoroscopy Permit, and CRT
State Venipuncture permit
BLS certification issued by AHA
