We’re looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who take pride in their craft, deliver exceptional experiences, and want to be part of a high-performing, premium wellness environment.
What You’ll Do
Deliver personalized, results-driven massage experiences tailored to each guest
Recommend and perform enhancements (cupping, CBD, salt stones, aromatherapy)
Guide clients toward consistent wellness routines through rebooking and memberships
Maintain a calm, professional, and elevated treatment environment
Collaborate with the team to create a seamless guest experience
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Massage Therapist (Texas)
Passion for wellness and delivering high-quality client care
Weekend availability (Friday–Monday preferred)
Experience with or willingness to learn spa enhancements
Strong communication and client connection skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Thrives in a performance-driven environment where results and experience matter
