Travel
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
Develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), compact accepted.
Minimum of two years current PT experience with specialization in women’s health, outpatient orthopedics, and oncology.
Proficiency in EPIC and ExPro electronic health record systems.
BLS (AHA) certification.
Own vehicle; reliable transportation required.
Experience traveling for practice preferred.
Social Security Number and Date of Birth required for credentialing.
Work history with no more than 30 days gap and at least one reference.
