Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. We are looking for someone who is caring, professional and self‑motivated to join our team. Job Requirements & Qualifications
A person who meets the education & experience requirements for a certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
Two (2) years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provides full range of SLP services as ordered by Physician.
Prepares clinical and progress notes.
Advises and consults with Family members and other Home Health personnel.
Participates in in-service programs.
