Key responsibilities:
Support patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and provide therapy as part of a team.
Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional environment at the Skilled Nursing Facility.
Required qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA‑HI).
BLS certification.
Social Security Number (SSN) and date of birth (DOB) required.
Minimum 1 reference from work history.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and license required.
Preferred qualifications:
Travel experience.
Facility Location:
Honolulu, Hawaii – a tropical island environment with beaches, waterfalls, and forests.
