
Site Safety Coordinator in Memphis

Key Responsibilities
Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct daily safety inspections and job hazard analyses (JHA/JSA)
Lead and document toolbox talks and safety meetings
Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns
Maintain safety documentation and site compliance records
Support project management and field teams with safety planning
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to fall protection requirements
Assist with safety training and onboarding of new workers
Communicate safety concerns and corrective actions to leadership
Promote a strong culture of safety across the project site
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of construction safety and OSHA regulations
Experience working on construction or data center projects
Ability to perform safety inspections and identify hazards
Experience conducting safety meetings and incident investigations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Required Certifications
OSHA 30 (Required)
OSHA 510 or 500 (either one required)
First Aid / CPR (Required)
Certifications
CHST or other safety certifications
NFPA 70E
Additional Requirements
Ability to work on-site at active construction projects
Ability to walk job sites for extended periods
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work project schedules as required
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
