Our busy medical/dental practice is seeking a professional, welcoming Medical Front Office team member to join our patient-focused team. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for every visit by delivering exceptional customer service and keeping the front office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Greet all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and create a positive first impression
Manage daily office flow, including the appointment calendar, scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out
Answer multi-line phone systems, handle patient inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff
Verify patient insurance eligibility, collect required documentation, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
Support the medical/dental team with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining front desk operations
Resolve patient concerns, provide clear appointment information, and deliver high-level customer service
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental, medical, or hospital front office setting
Proficiency in medical/dental software required; experience with Akamai PM or Epic is a plus
Solid understanding of medical terminology and dental procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking abilities with sharp attention to detail
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
