As a Pharmacist-Post Graduate Resident, you will supervise activities of Technicians to assure accurate compounding and dispensing of medications and timely drug administration. You will also interpret and evaluate medication orders for patients of MLH and consult with necessary healthcare professionals as necessary to optimize drug therapy. As part of our Resident program you will also contribute to clinical newsletters at least 3 times during your resident year, assist Clinical/Administrative staff in creation of standard policies, procedures and practices throughout the system to accomplish clinical goals in critical care and general clinical pharmacy services and other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $50,793.60 - $78,707.20
Job Grade: 108
Qualifications
1 year experience as a hospital-based pharmacy technician/student preferred.
Teaching skills to train professional staff members in appropriate drug use.
Ability to orient patients, physicians, and nurses to drug information.
Graduate of an accredited university pharmacy program with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree required.
Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license (or eligibility within probationary period) and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy required.
