247 work days/261 paid days per year, 8 hours/day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Job Summary
Under the supervision and direction of the Master Teacher, performs the necessary duties to assist in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive full‑year child development program for infants and toddlers.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing the child development program.
Support early childhood education activities for infants and toddlers.
Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Participate in home visits as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or higher level permit.
Three units of infant/toddler care development.
Valid Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification.
High school graduation required.
One year of experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
Enrollment in an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program in child development or related field preferred.
Official transcripts, DOJ/FBI/CACI fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and pre‑employment physical/drug/lift clearance submitted prior to employment.
Other Requirements
Own transportation and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
Benefits
