Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, evaluation and implementation of programs to improve functional independence.
Perform evaluations and re‑evaluations per standards and recommended techniques, establishing, implementing, and adapting individualized treatment plans, including goal setting, treatment activities, and frequency.
Document care accurately, completely, and timely.
Qualifications
Demonstration of at least entry‑level professional competency of Occupational Therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications.
Bachelor’s degree required.
NYS OT license required.
Capable of working well within a team of rehabilitation professionals.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and exceptional clinical reasoning skills essential.
Benefits
Pay per diem: $50.00/hour. Pay range for full‑time or part‑time status: $35.85‑$45.96, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
