T & K Pediatric Services is a leading pediatric healthcare provider in Jamestown, ND. We offer speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and mental health counseling to support children from infancy through adolescence.
Pay: DOE starting at $32 an hour. Employees are eligible to earn a performance-based bonus of up to $15,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Provide quality speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients, diagnosing and treating various communication disorders.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and execute evidence‑based therapy techniques to enhance speech and language skills.
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and facilitate optimal progress.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology in North Dakota.
Clinical competence in evaluating and treating pediatric speech and language disorders.
Strong knowledge of current therapy techniques, tools, and resources.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and fellow team members.
