CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift (Milling)
Full‑time position with an immediate start. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:00 am (2nd shift).
Job Description
Manufacture parts to print using a combination of manual and CNC machine tools. In addition to production, responsibilities include quality assurance, safety compliance, documentation, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
Produce parts according to prints using manual and CNC machine tools, meeting quality and timing requirements.
Inspect parts for quality and compliance.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Complete required documentation, including timekeeping, BOMs, and print records.
Assist with general maintenance, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of machining experience; experience in a related industry preferred.
Prior education in machine tool technology (2‑yr degree) preferred.
Ability to set up and run programs on machine tools.
Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
Comfortable using computer software and measuring equipment.
Capable of lifting 50 pounds throughout the day.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
