Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize tooling and fixtures for deep‑drawn metal stamping processes to maximize productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including production, quality assurance, research and development, and supply chain management—to devise creative and practical solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.

Utilize advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA) to create detailed 2D/3D models and generate comprehensive engineering drawings that conform to industry standards.

Conduct feasibility analyses and computer simulations to evaluate design concepts, optimize processes, and anticipate potential manufacturing issues before production.

Select appropriate materials and establish manufacturing processes and tolerances that align with design specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

Perform detailed root‑cause analysis on production anomalies and implement corrective actions using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance process reliability.
