deciBel Research has an immediate opening for an Engineer/Scientist in Dayton, OH.

Position Description
deciBel Research is seeking an Engineer/Scientist to perform research and development to support ongoing NASIC and/or AFRL mission requirements.

Responsibilities

Research, requirements generation, system design, and test and evaluation as required.

Apply theoretical and practical knowledge of various phenomenology, analysis techniques, and remote sensing.

Provide a working knowledge of physics and systems tools to accomplish mission parameters.

Demonstrated understanding in areas of radar, optics, lasers, electromagnetic pulse as well as techniques applicable to integration of electro-optical, infrared, electromagnetic, and radio frequency (RF) sensors using ground-based, airborne, and space-based collection platforms.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Physics; Master's Degree or PhD in a related technical field is desirable.

Experience Requirements
5-8 years of demonstrated technical experience.

Special Skills Desired

Specific experience within DoD, with NASIC, AFRL experience desired.

Applicant selected must have an active security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
