Electrical Estimator

We are looking for an experienced
Electrical Estimator
to support commercial and industrial projects. This role focuses on reviewing bid documents, performing takeoffs, and developing accurate cost estimates and proposals. This is a non-sales role dedicated to estimating and project pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to understand project scope
Perform material and labor takeoffs using estimating software (Accubid preferred)
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather pricing information
Identify project risks and include appropriate contingencies
Compile complete and accurate bid packages
Support change order pricing and maintain estimating records
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical estimating experience
Strong knowledge of estimating software (Accubid preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience with large, complex projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
