Dura Supreme Cabinetry
is hiring Production Associates to work in our
Howard Lake
facility. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. We provide on-the-job training for all roles!
Shift:
2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 4 pm‑2:30 am
Starting Wage:
$20.00 + $3.00 night shift differential per hour

Qualifications
The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
The ability to use handheld tools or the willingness to learn.
Must be 18 years of age.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Experience in a production‑oriented environment.
Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require:
The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lb.; and
The ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (up to 10‑12 hours).
