Maintenance Mechanic

Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to work Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Hanover, MD.

Salary: $23-$26 per hour.

Responsibilities

Repairs of basic electrical, lights and ballast

Tours/logs/run chillers

Painting and drywall

Plumbing and maintenance on exhaust fans

Change AHU filters

Change fan belts, unit heaters, waterless toilet, fan-coil units

Experience with fire alarm panels along with daily equipment tours

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Three to five (3-5) years of commercial building experience

Reliable transportation

Willing to work occasional overtime as necessary

Strong customer service skills

Available for on-call emergencies
