(Weekend Shift) MIG Welder
Ken Garner Manufacturing Co, Chattanooga, TN, United States
This full-time position is an opportunity for skilled welders to produce finished weldments for heavy equipment. Finish weld primarily mild steel using MIG process; read and weld to provided prints, understand bills of material and welding symbols, operate hand grinders, drills, overhead cranes, and miscellaneous measurement and hand tools.
Shift Timing
Weekend shift works 5:00 am–5:30 pm, Friday through Sunday. Shift differential $2.50 / hour. Overtime occasionally available on Mondays and Thursdays.
Requirements
All tools, equipment and supplies are provided, except for Welding Hood & Steel Toe Shoes.
Must bring two of the following to interview:
Valid ID / Driver's license (government issued)
SS card
Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)
Military ID
Valid Passport

10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years.
