
ATM Field Service Technician in Yakima

Field Service Technician Responsibilities
Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level.
Maintain parts inventory and related records.
Provide status reports throughout the service repair.
Diagnose problems based on information from the call and error logs on the ATM.
Own customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements.
Practice security safety procedures when working with ATMs or within financial institutions.
Accurately and promptly report calls and activity, and any other reporting as required.
Job Requirements
Might require bending/squatting, walking/standing/sitting for prolonged periods.
Might require prolonged travel based on service area.
Carry or lift a toolkit/parts of varying weights (1–50 lbs).
Be dispatched daily on a call‑by‑call basis or have a daily schedule.
Work rotating shifts, nights, and/ or weekends.
Mechanical or hands‑on work experience preferred.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 0–1 years of related experience.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone to receive work orders and access support documentation (Android or iPhone).
Basic tools (flathead and Phillips screwdrivers). Tools are not supplied.
Required Availability, Experience, and Skillset
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on‑call.
High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge.
Good problem‑solving skills, ability to pick up new skills quickly, and work well under pressure.
