Compensation & Work Hours
Annual salary: $80,000 - $85,000.
30 days Paid Time Off, up to 6 weeks (including company observed holidays).

Responsibilities
Ensure the overall coordination of home health services delivered to patients is in accordance with acceptable standards of practice and company procedures. Review and approve patient information submitted by the licensed professional during a start of care, recertification, resumption of care, or evaluation visit. Facilitate the relationship between physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
Licensed in the state where currently practicing, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for the nurse licensure compact for the state.
At least two years of nursing experience.
One year of experience in home health or hospice.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing a home care operation.
Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Education And Experience, Preferred
Previous experience in management.
Requirements
Valid state driver license.
Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
