Qualifications:

Current active OT license in Alaska (OT‑AK)

Minimum 2 years of experience in pelvic floor therapy

BLS certification

At least one reference in work history

Responsibilities:

Assess clients and develop individualized pelvic floor treatment plans.

Educate on pelvic health and deliver interventions to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and document progress in home‑health settings.
