Responsibilities
Assess patients – evaluate physical, mental, and cognitive abilities to understand their limitations and needs.
Plan treatments – develop individualized therapy plans to help patients perform daily activities independently.
Provide therapy – use exercises, activities, and adaptive techniques/devices to improve patients’ functional skills.
Monitor progress and provide education.
Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of MN.
BLS/CPR Certification.
Experience in assessing patients and developing individualized therapy plans.
