Electrician | Day & Night Shifts in Chattanooga

Responsibilities
Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays in accordance with NEC requirements and customer specifications.
Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits.
Read blueprints and perform conduit threading.
Ensure tools are in good working condition.
Train and mentor employees on your shift.
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe environment.
Prevent workplace injuries by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Three years of experience or more.
Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.
Electrical wiring and cable routing experience.
Prior experience in panel, switchgear, and equipment installation.
Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of the Electric Code (NEC).
Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.
