Litigation Paralegal: Employment & Investigations

Elevate is working with a global organization to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support employment‑related litigation, claims, and investigations. This in‑house role partners closely with attorneys and cross‑functional teams to manage matters across multiple jurisdictions and ensure efficient, compliant case execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of litigation, employment matters, and investigations, from intake through resolution.
Maintain matters, documents, and deadlines in legal matters and document management systems.
Coordinate legal holds, evidence preservation, discovery, and e‑discovery activities.
Draft and format litigation filings, agency responses, subpoenas, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
Support employment, labor, and administrative agency matters, including fact gathering and document review.
Assist with outside counsel coordination, engagement processes, and invoice review.
Generate matter reports and support process improvements across litigation and investigations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Compliance, Finance, IT, and Security.
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
Familiarity with litigation procedures, discovery, and administrative agency matters.
Corporate, investigations, or legal operations experience is a plus.
Additional Information
Limited travel (~10%).
