We are seeking a Remote Pre‑Litigation Case Manager with 5+ years of experience in auto accident personal injury law, fluent in Spanish and English, to work primarily in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on managing pre‑litigation auto accident cases, coordinating medical care, and negotiating settlements. If you bring experience, dedication, and integrity, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of pre‑litigation auto accident cases from intake through resolution.
Help clients navigate treatment, coordinate medical care, and handle property damage claims.
Draft fact‑driven settlement demands, prepare settlement statements, and negotiate reductions on liens and medical bills.
Maintain high‑quality standards, strict confidentiality, and a consistent focus on doing things the right way.
Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English with empathy and clarity.
Collaborate with attorneys, the Legal Operations Manager, and Managing Attorney to achieve efficient case progression.
Execute all case‑related administrative tasks with precision and urgency.
Stay accountable to goals, timelines, and client expectations and demonstrate proactive communication.
Follow proven procedures while exercising sound judgment, initiative, and problem‑solving in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum proficiency).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Pre‑Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager handling auto accident injury cases.
Strong communicator, personable, honest, and client‑centered.
Organized and results‑driven with proven ability to meet goals and move cases.
Stable employment history.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and committed to consistent performance and attendance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
