Job Overview
Adjunct Faculty – Physics (part‑time). Teaching developmental and college‑level courses, including distance‑learning, during day/evening, weekdays and weekends. Primarily face‑to‑face, with possibility of remote instruction.
Responsibilities
Plan and teach physics courses in a classroom environment for students with varied academic backgrounds.
Develop instructional materials and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Use technology to deliver instruction and support student learning.
Assist with program needs and respond to emergency assignments as required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Physics or related field; at least 18 graduate credit hours in physics.
Two years of teaching experience; experience in online teaching desirable.
Strong knowledge of proven teaching strategies that promote student success.
Proficiency in instructional technology and digital learning platforms.
