Temporary STP Front Desk
The Center for Children and Families is hiring a Temporary STP Front Desk (Program Assistant) to support the Summer Treatment Program (STP) during the summer season.

The Program Assistant is responsible for carrying out day‑to‑day administrative tasks during the Summer Treatment Program (STP) including tracking attendance, monitoring phones and emails, collecting program paperwork, administering first‑aid to campers and counselors as necessary, creating documents and signs for summer camp use, tracking late drop‑off and early pick‑up, keeping databases up to date and performing data entry, ensuring the general office area is cleaned and straightened daily, and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. The STP Program Assistant will complete all daily tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator and the Clinical Directors of the STP.

Duties

Assist with the day‑to‑day administrative tasks including confirming child attendance, assisting with facilities and resolving issues, coordinating cleaning schedule, completing and filing all necessary paperwork, tracking program purchases, and placing food/Fun Friday orders.

Order necessary materials and supplies for the Summer Treatment Program as needed.

Assist in managing phone and email inquiries for the Summer Treatment Program front office.

Collect and confirm attendance for each group on a daily basis.

Sign in and sign out all visitors in the front office. Responsible for late drop‑off and early pick‑up.

Interface with the Summer Treatment Program and school site staff to answer questions and provide supplies as necessary.

Perform other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Temporary Disclosure
