Sr Mechanical Engineer/Dept. Head (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Mechanical Department Head to lead our team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in MEP Consulting (Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Engineering) with proven leadership experience. Projects include commercial buildings, mission critical facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government buildings.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
12-15+ years of AEC experience preferred
2-3+ years of leadership experience
PE licensed (required)
Revit proficiency (required)
Strong design and documentation experience
Expert knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering principles, practices, and trends
Excellent project, people, and time management skills
Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, leadership, and attention to detail skills
