Are you passionate about ensuring excellence and compliance in every detail? As a Quality Administrator, you will support both quality and document control functions by managing and maintaining critical project and quality documentation, including material approvals and receiving records, ITP-related records such as inspection and test reports, personnel, material and equipment certifications, control logs, and shop drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to ensure all quality related documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready.

What you will be doing

Manage and maintain quality and project documentation in accordance with company standards and project requirements.

Control and organize documentation including material approvals, receiving records, and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)-related quality records (e.g., inspection reports, test reports).

Maintain and track personnel certifications, material certificates, and equipment documentation to ensure compliance.

Oversee document control logs and ensure accurate versioning, distribution, and traceability of all controlled documents.

Review and process shop drawings and related submittals, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of quality documentation.

Support quality assurance and quality control processes by ensuring all required records are complete, accurate, and audit‑ready.

Utilize document management systems (e.g., Procore) to manage workflows, storage, and reporting of project documentation.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Identify risks and discrepancies at the project site during daily site walks, documenting findings, evaluations, and inspections using company-prescribed procedures and software.

Assist with protocols, qualifications, and prescribed validation procedures and documentation.

Communicate with cross‑functional teams to resolve documentation issues and ensure alignment with quality requirements.

Document, analyze, and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.

Support impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce the organization’s environmental risks and financial costs, following the direction of the environmental team and procedures.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred.

1+ year related experience in preferred fields.

Experience in construction, engineering, or a related field.

Experience with quality documentation management.

Experience with Procore or similar document management systems is required.

Experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.

Developing understanding of construction quality standards and processes.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Willingness and ability to learn and grow in environmental monitoring, technical writing and documentation.
