Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM; Alternating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary & Core Responsibilities
As a primary point of contact, you will serve as a friendly greeter and ensure the efficient handling of customer orders. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Order Processing:
Accurately detail incoming garments for the processing facility; upon return, verify and organize orders on racks at your store.
Customer Excellence:
Act as a "Customer Pleaser" by providing welcoming service and proactive problem resolution with professional follow-through.
Operations:
Manage basic daily computer tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Candidate Requirements
Positive, kind, and respectful communication with customers and team members
Strong attention to detail in all aspects of order handling
High level of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
Self-motivated and proactive approach to tasks li>

Ability to use a computer
