We’re looking for a
Senior Maintenance Technician
who can take the lead on complex repairs, support other techs, and keep critical production equipment running.
This isn’t just another maintenance role—this is a chance to
own the floor, mentor others, and make a real impact on operations .
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead troubleshooting and repair of
industrial production equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across the facility
Jump in on breakdowns and get equipment back online quickly
Perform and guide preventive maintenance efforts
Support installations, upgrades, and process improvements
Work closely with operators and engineering teams
Mentor junior technicians and help elevate the team
Equipment You’ll Work On
Motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and drive systems
Pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Electrical panels, wiring, and control systems
CNC machines, robotic welding cells, and automation systems
PLC-controlled equipment (a plus, not required)
Tools & Technology
Multimeters, megohm meters, and diagnostic tools
Vibration analysis & thermography tools
Precision alignment and measurement toolsCMMS systems
Requirements
What You Need
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Experience working in manufacturing or production environments
Safety-first mindset (LOTO, OSHA)
Bonus if you have:
PLC or automation experience
Experience supporting CNC or robotic systems
Experience mentoring or guiding other technicians
Work Environment
Active industrial setting
Hands‑on troubleshooting and repair work
Occasional overtime as needed
