Responsibilities
Create detailed AutoCAD drafts for Tile Shop store remodels.
Collaborate with interior designers to ensure accurate execution of remodel plans.
Manage construction documents and ensure all drafting meets architectural standards.
Coordinate with project management to ensure timely completion of drafting work.
Develop design concepts and ensure they are accurately reflected in drafts.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting.
Experience with construction documents and drafting.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Revit for interior design work.
Background in project management and design development.
Work Environment
This position is based in‑office in the North Loop, within a small firm consisting of a team of three. The work environment is collaborative yet requires a self‑sufficient contractor who can manage tasks independently. Dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
