Peer Support Center
and are primary mental health consumers with appropriate life experience (mental health or substance use) and a desire to be a role model for recovery. Some experience leading groups is desired as well as experience in customer service. In Chattanooga, our Peer Support Workers are responsible for the day-to-day support of clients when on duty and assist in the daily operation of the Lighthouse Peer Support Center.
