Position Summary
Cherry Picker Operator to support warehouse operations in Pearland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating elevated order picker equipment and working in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a cherry picker (order picker) to retrieve and store inventory at elevated heights
Accurately pick, stage, and prepare orders in accordance with company standards
Utilize RF scanners and/or warehouse management systems to track inventory
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year experience operating a cherry picker (required)
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Schedule & Work Environment
Full‑time position
Overtime may be required based on operational needs
Warehouse environment may include non‑climate controlled conditions
Compensation & Benefits
