The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We serve over nine million clients.
Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide support to clients, facilitating communication and ensuring a positive client experience.
Support & Training
Comprehensive 6‑month training with a peer mentor
A wide support network from the branch to region to home office
Independent work with a team backing you every step of the way
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients
Assist in the annual business planning process
Identify opportunities for additional services through client interactions
Plan and execute marketing activities such as events
Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, email, in person)
Manage account openings, transfers, and other transactional requests
Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence
Support marketing initiatives and streamline processes
Perform administrative tasks at the direction of the financial advisor
Use technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office

Compensation & Benefits
The hiring minimum pay is $22.50, and the hiring maximum is $24.36, with opportunities for merit‑based increases.
