Union Building Systems Technician

ABM US is seeking a Maintenance Attendant in Sugar Land, Texas. This union role involves supporting daily operations of building systems, performing hard surface maintenance and repair, and basic carpentry. You will operate, maintain and repair HVAC and electrical systems, respond to customer requests, and complete work orders. The pay is between $25.00 to $29.00 per hour, with a shift from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and potential overtime as needed.
