Your Daily Job
Maintenance Repairs: Conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure the functionality of various systems within the property.
Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet the standards for move-in.
Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.
Requirements
HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
College degree helpful.
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Valid Driver's License.
Bilingual a plus.
