Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is hiring customer service representatives and delivery drivers for part‑time and full‑time positions. The role involves operating store equipment, preparing and delivering food, handling orders, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older for in‑store work.
Must be 18 years of age or older for delivery work.
General Duties for Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical tasks: standing most of the shift, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, pushing trays up to 7.5 lb force, climbing stairs or a ladder occasionally.
Reaching, bending, and stooping at the assembly station and front counter.
Hand tasks involve eye‑hand coordination and repetitive use of forearms and wrists.
Delivery Driver Duties
Deliver product by car to customer doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing totals of five or more flights of stairs.
Physical Demands for Delivery Drivers
Carrying: carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area; may complete multiple deliveries per shift.
Walking: travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the vehicle to the customer’s location.
Climbing: navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required during delivery.
