Overview
This role will be responsible for travel & expense reporting and corporate card administration.
Salary ranges: National: $70,000 – $115,000; California: $70,304 – $115,000; Washington: $80,169 – $115,000.

Responsibilities
Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations; research non-traditional balances
Reconcile all self-insurance activity to the incurred but not reported analysis (IBNR)
Prepare accounting entries for health and risk self-insurance programs
Post all area-specific journal entries as prepared by a 3rd party offshoring partner
Ensure desktop procedures (DTPs) are maintained by the 3rd party offshoring partner
Approve entries related to the self-insurance program
Forecast the self-insurance programs
Provide finance and site-level support as required
Ensure accounting controls and policies are applied appropriately at all levels
Meet published deadlines
Understand the business and the impact of general ledger processes on other teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, required
3+ years of work-related experience, required
