Position Overview
As a Talent Advisor, you will serve as a key connection point between clients, candidates, and temporary associates while contributing directly to branch sales growth. This role combines

customer relationship management, client retention, workforce support, and sales development .

Success in this position comes from building trust, solving workforce challenges, uncovering business opportunities, and delivering staffing solutions that help clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Sales Growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Conduct service calls to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and identify additional business opportunities.

Promote Surge Staffing's services to current and prospective clients.

Support branch growth through lead generation, sales outreach, marketing initiatives, and relationship development.

Assist with direct sales efforts including calls, follow-ups, community outreach, and public relations activities.

Contribute to branch profitability by maximizing billable hours and client retention.

Candidate & Workforce Support

Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and internal talent pools.

Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates to meet client workforce needs.

Match candidate skills and experience to client job requirements.

Support temporary associates to ensure strong attendance, job satisfaction, and performance.

Serve as a dependable liaison between associates and clients.

Problem Solving & Service Excellence

Resolve concerns from associates, clients, and internal partners professionally and efficiently.

Deliver solutions quickly in a deadline‑driven environment.

Maintain quality standards and support branch operational excellence.

Complete administrative tasks necessary for recruiting, onboarding, and branch support.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.

Previous experience in

sales, customer service, account management, client relations, or business development

strongly preferred.

Recruiting, staffing, HR, or service industry experience is a plus but not required.

Leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Professional phone presence and interpersonal confidence.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.
