Human Resources Manager ( HRM )
Full-Time | On-Site | M-F Days
Salary Range: $70K-$80K

As the on‑site HR Manager, you serve as the primary HR presence in the hospital, coordinating the full scope of HR operations in close collaboration with centralized HR partners. You are both a trusted resource for employees and leaders and a key connector between the hospital and enterprise HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Own and coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations at the hospital level, ensuring high‑quality execution across the employee lifecycle
Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
Serve as a trusted advisor and service‑oriented resource for employees and leaders
Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high‑performing workplace culture
Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business or related field required. (Commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of the degree with the approval of Corporate HR)
2 years Human Resources experience required.
Preferred Qualifications That Will Make You Successful
Previous HR experience in a healthcare facility with exposure to Joint Commission and CMS preferred.
Expertise in benefit administration, HR and Employee Relations functions, payroll administration, and state and federal employment laws.
