What You’ll Do
The Coordinator of Student Services provides centralized operational, administrative, and student support across key functions including the College Counseling Center, Student Accessibility Services, Student Conduct, and the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT). This role oversees daily operations of the centers’ front desk, triages student inquiries, maintains confidential records, coordinates appointments and referral workflows, supports case‑management processes, and facilitates communication among campus stakeholders to promote student well‑being and success.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Coordinate intake and appointment scheduling for the Counseling Center and Student Accessibility Services; handle staff calendars, prepare and maintain confidential documentation, including consent forms and intake.
Oversee daily operations of the centers’ front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment; supervise and train front‑desk part‑time staff and student assistants, create schedules and coverage plans, and provide guidance to students regarding accommodation procedures and escalation of complex cases.
Act as primary contact for Student Conduct and Behavioral Intervention Team cases; manage case intake and assist with scheduling hearings, monitor and prepare official correspondence, maintain accurate documentation in the conduct system, and ensure confidentiality in all conduct‑related processes.
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and referrals as needed.
Coordinate and assist with student outreach activities to promote student well‑being and success.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in student services, counseling support, disability services, case management, or related higher education/student affairs roles.
